  • Prenatal Visits

    1-2 visits where your doula will meet with you and your partner before labor to become acquainted with you; discuss your priorities and any fears or concerns; present evidence-based information on the risks and benefits of common interventions and procedures used during childbirth; discuss your birth plans, and plan how you might best work together.

  • Communication

    Your doula will be available to support you and your family in a variety of different ways through regular communication during your pregnancy and postpartum.

  • Birth

    This is the fun part! You or your partner will call your doula when you think you are in labor, even if you do not yet need her. She will be available to answer questions, make suggestions over the phone, and you can decide if she should come to you then or wait for further change. Your doula will meet you at your home or your planned place of birth. She will remain with you throughout your labor and birth.

  • Postpartum Visits

    1-2 visits within a few days of your birth to visit you and your baby. Your doula will review your birth, talk through breastfeeding and baby care, and get feedback from you.

Another option for pre-pregnancy or postpartum support are our Discovery Calls, including whatever level of support you feel is needed.

Option 1: $35

One 30-minute session, done virtually or in-person

Option 2: $60

One 60-minute session, done virtually or in-person This option provides ample time for a thorough discussion, allowing us to delve into details, answer additional questions, and ensure a comprehensive understanding without any rush.

Option 3: $225

When you schedule five 60-minute sessions with me, you'll enjoy a 25% discount. Each session, done virtually or in-person, will focus on a distinct topic.

    You’re invited to our quarterly Louisville Mom’s Gathering—A causal evening for mothers from all walks of life to come together, connect, share, and build a supportive community. This intentional time offers distraction-free fellowship and the opportunity to meet other moms in the Louisville area.

    If possible, arrange to leave your children at home, with the exception of little ones needing to be nursed during the evening. Drinks and light snacks will be provided.
